Unlock Your True Self: Prioritize Your Needs, Set Healthy Boundaries, and Embrace a Life of Authentic Fulfillment!
Janine McJannet is a dedicated therapist specializing in Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT), which uniquely combines hypnotherapy and coaching to empower her clients. With a primary focus on supporting women, she helps them break free from limiting beliefs that hinder their ability to embrace their true selves. These beliefs often manifest as self-doubt and self-criticism, preventing individuals from fully embodying who they are meant to be.

Through her work, Janine taps into the subconscious mind, unlocking the root causes of behaviors and physical issues, and facilitating profound transformation. She firmly believes that knowledge is power; understanding the connection between past experiences and their impact on the present is a liberating process.
By guiding her clients to choose their own beliefs, Janine enables them to break free from old patterns and create their own paths in life. Her passion for making RTT accessible to a broader audience underscores her commitment to helping others live authentically and on their own terms.

I spent way too much time
Trying to hide from my past,
Kept pushing pain down
Thinking it would never last.
But it did – now I know
And this you will see,
You can hide in your shadows
Or choose to be free.

A Look Back…
I was born in Canada and moved to Australia after my parents split up. Transitioning from a small hick town to a hip city, I found myself attending a girls’ convent on Sydney Harbour, dressed in a school uniform alongside the daughters of some of Sydney’s wealthiest families. As a pawn in my grandmother’s affluent pride, things didn’t unfold quite as expected. Feeling like the odd one out, rebellion took over, and I ran amok with my two sisters and our mom, who, bless her soul, loved to party.
They say we are products of our parents, and I certainly felt that duality within myself: part ‘hider’ and part ‘partier.’ It was an odd combination, but those masks served me well. If you’re a people pleaser, you know what it’s like to have a tickle trunk full of masks for any occasion. I would pull those masks out at random times, just to avoid showing up as my true self.
In 1990, I returned to northern Canada to visit my father. The stunning mountains, pristine lakes, and frosty winters of -40 weren’t part of my plan. After traveling through Asia, Africa, and Europe, I made my way to the Yukon to reconnect with my dad, whom I hadn’t seen in a decade. Their separation following my parents’ divorce left a void, and I tried to help him, as was my nature. Unfortunately, I discovered him deceased, surrounded by empty vodka bottles he had hidden away.
This profound experience led me to secure a rewarding job with the Yukon Government. It was my theatrical training that propelled me into the technical and scientific realm of ambient air quality monitoring. Surprisingly, I enjoyed it. I learned a great deal, traveled, and found joy in playing with data, even pretending to be a scientist—something some people believed. Yet deep down, I felt like an imposter, a rebellious, uneducated girl trapped in a corporate cage of complacency for nearly 30 years.
Today, I find solace in my cabin by a lake in the forest, complete with a sauna, a wood-fired hot tub, and my cherished ZenDen. Accompanied by my two little dogs, I embrace the simple life I love!
